I am still taking the capsules daily and will get my blood tested in October as I am undergoing an Vitamin D and immunity research study - I happen to be in the 'insufficient' range for vitamin D and it needs to come up. I was suffering from degenerative muscles in the neck, which had become very painful and is something that I have suffered with for a long time. Prior to taking Celedrin, I used to suffer with aches and pains (particularly in the neck, shoulders, elbows and knee joints). However since taking Celedrin, I have noticed a definite improvement. Whilst I still suffer, on occasions from pain, I simply double the dosage (for a few days) and I can feel the difference.
