This is really helping my digestive system. I have had a series of operations over the last few months and with limited mobility, poorer diet and antibiotics my digestive system is all over the place and I look pregant. I've only been taking this for a few days (2 a day - one after each meal) but so far my bloating is reducing and it is helping to regulate. If it continues to reduce the bloat and uncomfortableness left by the operations then i will be very happy. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to ease any bloating or cleanse the colon a little.
